Help support the day-to-day functioning of our service and enrich the lives of older people in the region. The Volunteer Administration Assistant supports the Coordinator with administrative and operational tasks at our Community Hub. Duties include greeting clients and visitors, booking appointments, managing calendars, maintaining records, filing, data entry, and preparing forms and resource packs. You’ll also help organise events, keep common areas tidy, and manage supplies and brochures.
