Event Volunteers - Casual

The Greater Geelong region is home to many great events, big and small. Some are held to promote visitors to our region, other events are designed to raise valuable funds for local organisations and charities.

At Volunteering Geelong, we are here to help those organisations who need volunteers to support make their event successful.

Volunteering Geelong is currently establishing an event volunteer register, to support these important events. If you are someone who either already volunteers or someone who can't regularly volunteer but would be able to support worthwhile events on an adhoc basis, we would love to hear from you.

Simply, Volunteering Geelong would provide regular communications on upcoming events that need volunteers and provide the details on how to get involved. There is no commitment. You volunteer only when you choose to be involved.

Event volunteer roles will vary from event to event so information will be provided on what roles are available and when they are required.

We would welcome individuals, families and groups to get involved.
