Apps & Systems Coordinator (Volunteer)
Help our volunteers get the most from the tools we use.
Do you enjoy learning new apps and discovering clever ways to use technology? We're looking for someone who likes exploring digital tools and helping others feel confident using them.
We use a range of platforms to communicate, collaborate and share knowledge. As we grow, we'd love someone to help us learn new features, document how things work and create simple user guides for volunteers.
You could be involved in
- Learning new apps and software
- Creating easy-to-follow user guides
- Testing new features and sharing useful tips
- Helping improve how our team uses digital tools
- Recommending software that could help our organisation
Some of the tools we currently use include Discord, MailerLite, Descript, Zotero, Canva, Google Workspace and social media platforms. No experience with these is required. If you enjoy learning new technology, we'd love to hear from you.
