Commitment

Regular - more than 6 months

Time required

Attendance at meetings held in Hobart, 5-7 pm on the second Monday of each month. Online attendance may be possible. Follow-up activities outside this commitment are also likely.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who brings: * Senior experience in human resources, people and culture, organisational development or a related field * Strategic thinking and an understanding of good governance in the not-for-profit or corporate sector * Experience in workforce planning, recruitment, volunteer engagement or organisational culture * An interest in the arts, community wellbeing and the contribution of older people to creative life * A commitment to attend one board meeting each month (generally 5–7 pm, with occasional additional meetings as required)
