Do you speak Spanish? Have a Cup of Tea and Chat.

We are looking for a kind-hearted, Spanish-speaking volunteer to visit Silvia and share a cup of tea, a chat, and some lovely company. Silvia would enjoy spending time with someone who can speak with her in her first language and help her stay connected to her language and culture.

Silvia loves listening to South American music, especially cumbia, watching Spanish movies on YouTube, and having friendly conversations. She was a dressmaker for many years and enjoys sewing, knitting, fashion, and word-search puzzles.

A regular visit, a warm conversation, and a little time together can make a big difference in helping Silvia feel connected, valued, and supported.

All volunteers are required to complete a National Police Check and will receive training and ongoing support from the ACVVS Program Coordinator.
