
The Fusion Op Shop Volunteer role involves a variety of tasks aimed at supporting the daily operations of the shop. Volunteers are expected to:

Provide exceptional customer service: Welcome, greet, and serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner.

Assist with general housekeeping: Ensure the shop is safe and comfortable for customers and volunteers.

Process sales accurately: Use the register and Point of Sale System to process sales and record purchases.

Handle finances: Follow procedures for counting the till and handling finances at the end of the shift

Maintain confidentiality: Protect information related to fellow volunteers, customers, procedures, and security.

Follow workplace policies

Commit to a minimum of one volunteer shift per fortnight: For a minimum of 6 months.

Participate in ongoing training: To assist with various tasks and improve skills.
