Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with creating small wooden projects and crafts. Share practical woodworking skills and safe tool use. Encourage creativity, social connection, and participation among residents. Support a relaxed and inclusive environment where residents can enjoy meaningful, hands-on activities. Requirements: Experience using hand tools and completing simple woodworking or craft projects. Confidence in assisting others with small woodwork activities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Patient, creative, and encouraging approach when working with older people. Commitment to maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
