At GCG Headquarters, the Partnerships & Events (P&E) Associate works closely with the General Manager of P&E, P&E team and internal and external stakeholders to strengthen partner relationships, identify growth opportunities and contribute to initiatives that create value for GCG and its partners.

In this role, you will:

  • Shape P&E strategy: Collaborate with the broader team and stakeholders to implement GCG’s partnerships and events strategy across HQ and branches.
  • Execute key initiatives: Develop partnership prospectuses, engagement materials, packages and partner events that strengthen relationships and create mutual value.
  • Conduct research and generate insights: Benchmark against student organisations, consulting groups and relevant organisations to identify opportunities, inform decisions and improve partner engagement, value and ROI.

To be a successful Candidate, you will:

  • Be passionate about social impact and be aligned with GCG’s vision and values.
  • Be able to contribute 3-4 hours per week.
  • Have strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Be adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Demonstrate capability in one or more of the following areas:

  • Building stakeholder relationships and managing projects or initiatives.
  • Conducting research, analysing information and developing recommendations.
  • Producing clear and effective verbal and written communication.

Experience in either partnerships, consulting, events or student organisations is desirable but not essential.
