MOSAIC Festival 2026 | 18th Sep, 19th Sep, 21st Sep
MOSAIC Festival 2026 is South Australia’s largest youth-led intercultural festival and is back once again for its 8th Year of this annual flagship event.
MOSAIC Adelaide Inc. aims to celebrate the South Australian multicultural community with an annual charity event, 'MOSAIC Festival 2026', bringing together hundreds of members of Adelaide's multicultural community: a colourful celebration of the rich multicultural element of South Australian identity, featuring stories, performances, food, language, customs, games, dance, and music.
All volunteers will receive a light lunch (or dinner) as well as an invitation post-event to the Volunteer Thank You Party on October 10th.
We're needing some extra hands on deck to assist in the following roles:
- Bump-In/Setup Assistance x30 - Friday, September 18th 2026
- Extended Bump-In/Setup Assistance x10 - Saturday, September 19th 2026
- Event Assistance x10 - Saturday, September 19th 2026
- Bump-Out/Pack Down Assistance x30 - Monday, September 21st 2026
Bump In:
- Setup Assistance: Help with the setup of the event venue, including arranging tables, chairs, decorations, and equipment.
- Logistics Support: Assist with the transportation and organisation of materials and supplies needed for the event.
- Coordination: Work with the event coordinators to ensure all setup tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Event Assistance:
- Guest Support: Greet and assist attendees, providing information and directions as needed.
- Activity Management: Support the smooth running of event activities, including managing queues, distributing materials, and facilitating interactive sessions.
- Safety and Cleanliness: Monitor the event area to ensure it remains clean, organised, and safe for all participants.
Bump Out:

Teardown Assistance: Help dismantle and pack up event setups, including tables, chairs, decorations, and equipment.

Logistics Support: Assist with the transportation and organisation of materials and supplies back to storage or designated locations.

Venue Clean-up: Ensure the event venue is left in a clean and orderly condition, ready for normal use

SHIFT TIMES:
Friday 18th September: Bump-in
- 9am to 5pm, or
- 9am to 1pm, or
- 1pm to 5pm.
Saturday 19th September: Extended Bump in
- 9am to 3:30pm
Saturday 19th September: Event Assistance
- 2:30pm to 12am (Multiple Rest Breaks Required, Lunch, Dinner, Drink, Free Entry Provided)
Monday 21st September: Bump out
- 9am to 5pm, or
- 9am to 1pm, or
- 1pm to 5pm.
