Starlight Trek 4 Kids Luncheon - Starry Mascot 🌟

Join us for a special afternoon supporting Trek4Kidz! This fundraising lunch brings together our amazing community for connection, raffles, and auctions, along with a delicious three-course meal for guests.

We’re looking for volunteers to help create a warm, welcoming experience on the day. It’s a great opportunity to be part of a meaningful community event and hearing more of the hearts behind fundraising for seriously ill children and their families. Lunch will be provided for all volunteers as a thank you for your time and support.

We're also looking for someone to step up as our fun and shiny mascot Starry to wave and take photos with guests. It's the most fun you'll have volunteering!

Time: 12:00pm to 4:30pm

Location: Jensen's Restaurant 1-13 Freya Street, Kareela NSW 2232

Dress: All black comfortable clothing, closed toe comfortable shoes - runners are perfectly fine!

Lunch provided.

Volunteer Tasks

Get ready to be part of the magic of being a Starlight volunteer! Here’s how you’ll help spread joy:

• Support the Starlight team throughout the day
• Assist with selling raffle tickets to guests
• Assist with the auction
• One of our volunteers will be Starry - wearing the costume during lunch

Requirements to volunteer at this event

• All volunteers must be 18+ years of age
• Great communication skills
• Be able to be on your feet for the duration of your shift (breaks provided)
• A positive attitude willingness to embrace the Starlight SHINE values
