Uniting St Columbas age care home is seeking energetic volunteers to provide activity and social support for our lovely residence.
We are seeking volunteers who can:
- Arabic speaker
- Provide companionship support to residence
- Help motivate and engage residence in different activities
- Assist staff with bus trips
- Support staff with the running of different activities
Our age care home provides a number of activities for residence to participate in, which include:
- Ball games
- Beauty and nail therapy
- Hairdresser
- Happy hour
- Sing-a-long
- Movie hour
- Bingo
- Cooking
- Crafts
- Gardening
- Exercising
