What you will be doing:

Managing the group's financial records and transactions

Receipting and banking funds in line with RSPCA NSW guidelines

Preparing a basic monthly financial report for the Branch Manager

Working with the committee to plan fundraising initiatives

Joining regular meetings in person
Time Require: Flexible, around 10-15 hours a month. This role officially begins in December, but we’d love for you to come onboard sooner to learn the ropes and support the group in the lead-up before taking on the Financial Support Coordinator role.
Location requirements: Within 1hr travel time from Taree. Whilst you will be working from home/online there will be some in-person days required to touch base with RSPCA NSW staff/branch volunteers.
The impact of this role: You will play a key role in our volunteer supporter group, working alongside a dedicated committee to manage the group’s finances and support fundraising initiatives that help pets and their people across the Taree community.
