Treasurer

Alley Katz Australia Org. is a registered charity in Australia which has annual reporting requirements to the ACNC and a governance team of responsible persons. The treasurer role is a responsible person role which appears on the register of responsible persons on the ACNC charity portal.

The role includes voting at committee meetings on agenda items, approving special expenditures, providing oversight of accounting information and participating in fundraising activities from time to time.

A passion for cats is not essential but would be an advantage.
