Frontline Regional Leader - Brisbane, Queensland
4 Voices’ mission is to provide support and social, digital, community, employment connections to women who may be or who are at risk of experiencing social isolation, family and domestic violence and/or homelessness. We are building a volunteer network delivering frontline services to women in need.
As the 4 Voices Regional Frontline Leader (Brisbane, QLD), you will play a key leadership role in supporting our volunteer teams to deliver compassionate, consistent, and effective frontline services. This is also a valuable opportunity to develop and strengthen your leadership skills while making a real impact in the lives of women and their communities.
What you will do:
- Build a positive and supportive volunteer culture across your region
- Oversee rosters, shift coverage, and cancellations
- Coordinate and support Team Leaders through meetings, training, and development
- Manage reports and incidents, escalating to the State Manager as required
- Onboard and support volunteers with systems such as the My Impact App
- Attend shifts when needed to provide hands-on support and guidance

- Organised, proactive, and comfortable using technology
- Good judgement and confidence in managing incidents
- Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive culture
- Committed to supporting frontline services that make a real difference in women's lives
