About the role:
As a Dock Assistant or Stock Assistant, you'll help receive, sort, and coordinate incoming donations, ensuring quality items reach our shops and support Lifeline's vital services.
This is a more active, hands-on volunteer position that involves manual handling and moving stock. Training will be provided for the safe use of equipment, including pedestrian forklifts and pallet jacks.
Job Highlights:
- Receive and process donated goods
- Assist with stock coordination and movement
- Support customer service and donor interactions
- Help maintain an organised and efficient warehouse area
- Be a crucial part of Lifeline South Coast's retail operations
Warehouse or stock handling experience is welcome but not essential – enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to help are what matter most!
