The role will require you to :

Drive a 12-seater vehicle to and from scheduled outings and activities

Assist older adults to board and exit the vehicle safely (within your capability)

Create a warm, respectful, and welcoming environment for participants

Work alongside staff and volunteers to support positive group experiences

Follow safety, road, and organisational procedures at all times
-
Outings may include local trips, social events, community visits, and special activities.

Check, safety, maintenance and fuel of vehicle and relay any concerns to Manager. About you ... You will bring:

A current unrestricted driver’s licence (appropriate for a 12-seater vehicle)

Confidence driving a larger vehicle and navigating local areas
-
A friendly, patient, and respectful manner
-
Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility

An interest in supporting older adults and community wellbeing
-
Experience working with older adults is welcomed but not essential — we value attitude, care, and commitment.
