Join Eat Up and help ensure local school children have access to a nutritious lunch so they can learn, grow and thrive.

Eat Up partners with volunteer groups to prepare fresh, delicious lunches that are delivered to schools across Albany. By providing lunches to students who may otherwise go without, we support children's wellbeing while allowing teachers and school staff to focus on education and student support.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Volunteer Co-ordinator to lead our lunch-making sessions, held at Lotteries House once every three weeks during school terms.

In this role, you will: -Set up and prepare the workspace for each session. - Welcome, guide and support volunteers in a positive, friendly and engaging environment. -Lead volunteer groups with confidence and encourage teamwork. -Facilitate corporate volunteering sessions with groups of up to five participants from local businesses. - Oversee pack-up and ensure the workspace is left clean and organised. -Occasionally deliver prepared lunches to local schools.

Session details: Day: Tuesdays (once every three weeks during school terms) Time: 9:30 am – 12:30 pm

If you enjoy working with people, are comfortable leading small groups, and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of local children, we'd love to hear from you.
