In this role you will be supported by a small team of supportive staff and volunteers. Applicants must be familiar with Microsoft Office. Previous administration experience is preferable. Your duties will include but aren't limited to; answering phones, filing, scanning, student correspondence, marketing, general administration/reception and assisting with day to day duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow Glen Park Community Centre's policies & procedures • Assist Office Admin with maintaining accurate and up to date student records (via student management system and paper records) • Assist with facility hire coordination • Taking phone calls and recording messages • Enjoy working with people of all ages, cultures and abilities • Follow direction of the Supervisor/Facilitator

Personal Requirements

• Familiar with Microsoft Office • Good computer skills • Good communication skills/phone manner • Able to work as part of a team • Punctual and professional

General Accountability

• Ensuring that your duties are carried out correctly under OH&S standards and following Glen Park Community Centre's code of conduct. • Report to the Volunteer Coordinator and/or Chief Executive Officer regarding the activities of Glen Park Community Centre Inc. and any opportunities for development.
