Transport To Treatment Driver

Cancer Council Queensland Gluyas Rotary Lodge in Townsville is looking for volunteer Drivers to provide a safe and professional transport service, using CCQ's vehicles, for local and visiting cancer patients and their caregivers to access their treatment one or two days on a weekly basis. 

 

This is a great opportunity to get involved with your local community and make a practical difference in people’s lives. You will need a current open C class drivers’ licence, be confident and comfortable driving an automatic passenger van or SUV and the ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy of clients. If you are reliable and punctual with an approachable nature, we would love to hear from you.

Volunteers will need to complete relevant training, a Criminal History Check and a Traffic History Check application at no expense to you.
