Weâre seeking a friendly, reliable volunteer to spend time one on one with a gentleman who lives at home and enjoys great conversation and shared interests.

- Enjoy relaxed chats about football and anything sport
- Play cards, board games or watch TV together
- Offer companionship, conversation, and connection
đ¤Â This role would suit someone who is:
- Warm, patient, and a good listener
- Reliable and happy to commit a small amount of time weekly
- Interested in building a genuine friendship
No special skills or experience are required â just empathy, consistency, and a willingness to connect.
Your impact
Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated.
