Volunteer Event Team – Charity Bingo Night

Join the Harsha Foundation Limited Volunteer Team!

BIIL & FOOD RELIEF PROJECT FOR THE COMMUNITY!

We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable volunteers to help us deliver a fun and successful Charity Bingo Night. This event will raise vital funds to support members of our community experiencing financial hardship, and we’d love to have you on the team.

Event Date: Wednesday, 14 October 2026


Time: 6:00 PM – 10:30 PM (includes set up and pack down)

Location: Osborne Park Bowling Club, Osborne Park WA

We’re looking for volunteers to assist in a variety of roles, including:    

●   Canteen assistants    

●   Door entry and guest check-in    

●   Bingo runners    

●   Raffle ticket sales    

●   Event set up and pack down    

●   General event support    

●   Cash handling and reconciliation (experience preferred) ●   Event coordination and organisation

Whether you have experience with fundraising events or you’re simply looking to give back to your community, we’d love to hear from you. Every volunteer plays an important role in making the evening a success. This is a fantastic opportunity to meet new people, gain event experience, and make a real difference for those in need.
