Volunteer Event Coordinator

Help make a real difference in your community by joining Harsha Foundation Limited as a Volunteer Event Coordinator. In this role, you’ll work alongside a friendly team of volunteers to develop creative fundraising ideas and help turn them into successful community events that support our Bill and Food relief Project, and community programs.

You will assist with brainstorming new event ideas, planning and organising fundraising activities, coordinating volunteers, helping source donations or prizes where needed, communicating with team members, and supporting events from the planning stage through to the day of the event.

No previous event experience is required. We’re looking for someone who is organised, reliable, creative, enjoys working with others, and is passionate about giving back to the community. If you’re a good communicator, enjoy solving problems, and love seeing ideas come to life, we’d love to hear from you.
