Volunteer this Daffodil Day
For 40 years, Daffodil Day has brought communities together to give hope and support people living with cancer.
Can you help?
Give your time and help bring Daffodil Day to life across Queensland on Thursday 20 August, with selected sites also operating on Friday 21 August 2026.
You’ll help sell fresh daffodils and merchandise, connect with the community and raise vital funds for Cancer Council Queensland’s research, prevention programs and support services.
Volunteer shifts are approximately four hours, and no previous experience is required.
Ready to step up as a Team Leader?
Team Leaders volunteer for a longer shift and take on additional responsibility, helping with site setup, welcoming volunteers, monitoring stock and keeping in touch with Cancer Council Queensland throughout the day. Just select a “Team Leader Shift”
