Join MS Plus as a volunteer in NSW: Support people living with multiple sclerosis volunteering at the MS Gong Ride.
MS Plus is seeking a Navigator for the Event Sweep Bus, to support the MS Gong Ride on Sunday 1 November 2026.
The Sweep Bus Team is part of the convoy that follows the Last Rider, which signifies the tail of event. Working together they ensure the Rest Site cut off times are adhered to. The Sweep Bus will collect any participants that have fallen behind the Last Rider, delivering the participant to the next Rest Site, the closest Train Station (to go home), or the Finish Village. It is the decision of the participant where they are to be dropped.
The Navigator is responsible for navigating the bus and assisting riders to load their bikes.
We're calling on enthusiastic and committed volunteers to join the team and help create a memorable and successful event.
We’re looking for volunteers who are:
- Able to read a map and navigate
- Are reliable
- Some heavy lifting may be required
