Event Operations Support: Unload & store materials from charity fun-run event
Volunteer Opportunity: Event Support – Run2Cure Brisbane Equipment unloading and storing
Location: Rent A Space, 165–169 Lower Gibbes Street, Chatswood NSW
Dates & Times: Tuesday 18th August 2026, 10am-12:30pm
As a warehouse support volunteer, you’ll be helping us unpack our van that has returned from Brisbane following our Run2Cure fun run event.
Tasks include:
- Unpacking merchandise and event materials
- Neatly putting away event materials in our warehouse unit (van to unit - a few metres)
- Labelling and organising boxes
- General tidy-up and organisation of event stock
No specific experience required – just a positive attitude and willingness to help! However, the role would suit someone who is:
- Physically able to lift and move light-to-heavy boxes
- Physically able to lift some larger equipment - for example marquees
- Comfortable working in a warehouse setting and outdoors for a few hours
