Key duties
As a Community Engagement Assistant, you may:
- Assist with planning and delivering community events, festivals, markets, and family fun days.
- Welcome visitors and provide friendly customer service.
- Help with reception, administration, emails, and general office tasks.
- Support volunteer coordination and community programs.
- Assist with social media, Canva graphics, newsletters, and event promotion.
- Help organise resources and prepare activity spaces.
- Work alongside staff on exciting new community initiatives.
- Contribute ideas to improve programs and community engagement.
- Represent Bethania Community Centre at local events and activities.
Skills and experience
No previous experience is required.
