The Role
When you join the Do‑Op team, we match tasks to your interests and abilities. Whether you love books, fashion, chatting with customers, or sorting behind the scenes, there’s a spot for everyone.
What you could be doing:
- Greeting and assisting store customers.
- Sorting, pricing, and displaying donated items.
- Organizing specialised sections like books, clothing, or homewares.
- Helping give quality items a second life through sustainable upcycling!
Who We’re Looking For
- Friendly & Down-to-Earth: You enjoy helping others and working in a supportive team environment.
- No Experience Needed: No prior retail or sorting skills required—we provide full on-the-job training!
