Join Our Volunteer Team! 🌟 Are you a someone who is around 25–35 and also caring, compassionate, conscientious, and non-judgmental? We’re looking for dedicated volunteers to join our youth program, Sense Youth Mentoring — a space that supports and empowers young people through connection, consistency, and community. If you’re someone who values making a difference and has a heart for mentoring and support, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Attend the program once a month and participate in planning and coordination.
- Engage in fun activities with young people, ensuring they have a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Assist in transporting young participants to and from events.
- Provide guidance and support as a mentor, helping young people build positive relationships and friendships.
Our Aim: Help young people form connections with volunteer leaders and each other, fostering a sense of community.
Focus on Personal Development: Through tailored sessions, we cover important topics like respectful relationships, conversation skills, public speaking, and online behaviours.
Monthly Activity Day: Join us for exciting activities such as laser tag, bowling, arts and crafts, swimming, virtual reality, and visits to zoos, museums, and aquariums!
