HammondCare provides specialist palliative care at Neringah Hospital. We are passionate about enhancing quality of life for people living with a life-limiting illness, and our volunteers play an important role in helping patients and families feel supported, welcome, and cared for. ❀️

πŸ•˜ Volunteer Opportunity Details

  • Thursdays
  • 2-hour shift from 9:30am
  • πŸ“ Neringah Hospital, 4–12 Neringah Avenue South, Wahroonga

β˜• About the Role In this role, you'll work alongside another volunteer to prepare and serve coffees while providing a welcoming presence for patients, families, and visitors.

βœ… Requirements Successful applicants will be required to complete a National Police Check, which HammondCare will organise and pay for.

Volunteers must:

  • πŸ”Ή Be aged 18 years or over
  • πŸ”Ή Be willing to meet immunisation requirements, including a serology blood test and recommended vaccinations
