Boroondara Family Network provides free, in-home support to mothers with babies and young children through trained volunteers. We’ve supported local families for over a decade — and now we need someone to help secure our future.

We’re looking for a Fundraising & Sponsorship Lead to grow how we’re funded — with securing sponsorships as the main game, backed by events, Sponsorship and grants.

This is a role for someone who likes to make things happen. You’ll:

• Secure sponsorships and build lasting Sponsorship with local businesses, Rotary and community groups.
• Run fundraising events that bring the community on board.
• Lead our grant applications, with financial support from our Treasurer.
• Raise our profile through marketing and donor communications.

You’ll bring experience in sponsorship, business development, fundraising, Sponsorship or sales, strong relationship and pitching skills, and a self-starting attitude. Marketing, grant-writing and event experience are a bonus.

The role is flexible (around 4–6 hours a week, you set the rhythm) and largely autonomous — with real impact and a pathway onto our Committee if you’d like one. A Working with Children Check is required.
