Westgate Concert Band is now seeking an experienced Musical Director to provide artistic leadership and guide the ensemble's musical development. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting rehearsals and performances, mentoring musicians, and collaborating with the volunteer committee to deliver an engaging program of concerts and community events (position description and KPI available on request).
