If you’re looking for a way to give back to your community and the environment then come join us.
We always appreciate the support our volunteers provide to look after our beautiful butterflies, and offer a place for visitors to learn more about these amazing creatures.
Help grow and maintain butterfly-attracting plants for sale at the Butterfly House, and host plants required for egg-laying, caterpillar food and nectar.
Help with the hydroponic systems to grow caterpillar food.
Potting, propagation, weeding, pruning and watering the established nursery areas.
Maintain tidy facility.
Training is provided.
Bribie Island Butterfly House is registered with Centrelink.
