Lead Research & Impact Evaluation Volunteer — Schools Program

Are you detail-oriented and enjoy working with data? My Acts of Kindness is seeking a Volunteer Data & Metrics Researcher to collect information and metrics that help us measure the reach and impact of our programs and initiatives.

Your role will focus on sourcing accurate, reliable data from publicly available sources and recording it in a clear, consistent format. The information you gather will help us understand trends, track outcomes and demonstrate our social impact.

Responsibilities

• Research and collect relevant data and statistics.
• Gather metrics that support program evaluation and impact measurement.
• Verify information for accuracy and reliability.
• Record findings in spreadsheets or databases.
• Keep research organised and up to date.
