This volunteering opportunity connects you with Lions Clubs across the Capital Region Community, including Canberra, Queanbeyan, Belconnen, Tuggeranong, Gungahlin, Woden, Weston Creek and surrounding areas.

You don’t need to know which club is right for you. Tell us where you live and what interests you, and we’ll help connect you with a local Lions Club and an opportunity to get involved.

Lions clubs throughout the Capital Region welcome volunteers who want to make a positive difference. Whether you can help occasionally or on a more regular basis, every volunteer is valued.

As a volunteer, you could help with:

• Community events and fundraising activities

• Supporting local charities and community organisations

• Youth development and school programs

• Environmental and community improvement projects

• Health initiatives including vision, hearing and diabetes awareness

• Community activities that bring people together

No experience is necessary and there is no expectation that you become a member.
