Looking for a fun way to give back while soaking up the incredible atmosphere of Run Port Douglas?
Join Team Ronald McDonald House as an Aid Station Volunteer and help cheer hundreds of runners across the finish line!
When: Shift approximately 5:45am – 8:30am
You'll be part of an energetic team:
- 💧 Handing out water and electrolytes to runners
- 📣 Cheering on half marathon and 10km participants
- 🎉 Bringing the energy, colour and fun to your aid station
Your encouragement can make all the difference when runners need it most! There are even prizes up for grabs for the best aid station, so bring your biggest smiles, loudest cheers and best team spirit.
The best part? Every volunteer makes an impact. Ronald McDonald House receives $50 for every volunteer who joins us on the day, helping provide essential accommodation and support for families with seriously ill or injured children while they're receiving medical care away from home.
