Meals on Wheels Customer Service and Administration x2

We have two Volunteer Administration Positions available for Meals on Wheels Customer Service and Administration:

Position 1: ~ 12hrs 3 days a week (4hrs per day)

Position 2: ~ 8hrs 2 days a week (4hrs per day)

This essential volunteer position will help our meals on wheels team with the following tasks:

• Enter menu meal choices
• Update client delivery days
• Answer client phone calls such as cancel deliveries, adjust delivery days, put in menu choices 

Requirements:

• Great with computers 
• Good customer service and phone etiquette
• Able to work in a team and independently
• Previous administration experience highly advantageous
