Key duties would involve working with the PRECI Directors and Administrative Assistant to:
- support how to use AI for repetitive and low risk tasks such as meeting and committee admin, member communications, grant/funding administration, document drafting and membership tracking.
- standardised template development that AI can fill in
- Project Management
- Engagement data analysis
This could include:
- drafting agendas, summarising minutes from a transcript, chasing action items
- newsletters, event invites, renewal reminders, first-draft responses to common member queries
- drafting acquittal reports, tracking deadlines, summarising funder guidelines into checklists
- position statements, policy submissions, conference/webinar promotional copy
- use of Project Management tools
- webinar/event attendance patterns, member survey analysis, identifying disengaged members, analysing which resources get used etc
- summarising open-text survey responses, spotting trends in attendance data, drafting insights for a board report
Professional and Researchers in Early Childhood Intervention (PRECI) is an Australian research-to-practice peak body focussed on outcomes for young children with developmental concerns, delay or disability. PRECI was established as a not-for-profit public company limited by guarantee in June 2022. PRECI's is a registered charity with the ACNC. PRECI done not receive any funding and is volunteer run.
