Saturday session Toy Library Volunteer
We are looking for enthusiastic people to volunteer for 2 hours on a Saturday between 9:30am - 1pm
Key duties Just a selection of the tasks that you will
- Helping members transport toys out to their cars when needed
- Checking the returned toys -Greeting families and assisting safely transporting loans to cars
- Resolving & reuniting missing parts
- Assisting members with searching for toys
- Ensuring the library is well presented all the time
- Cataloguing new toys
- Adhering to WHS safe working practices
- Loaning toys to members via our database
- Using key office equipment
Skills, experience
- Be friendly and helpful to our member families
- Have super communication skills
- Be computer literate
- Ability to pay attention to the finer detail
All training will be provided. Basic computer skills desirable but there are many other tasks that don't need a computer.
If over 18 you will need to provide a valid working with children check.
