Volunteer Opportunity (Unpaid) – Church Relationships & Partnerships Coordinator

About the Opportunity

Livingwater Care Foundation Inc. (LCF) is seeking a motivated and relationship-focused volunteer to help develop meaningful relationships and partnerships with churches and faith-based communities.

The role will help LCF introduce its mission and humanitarian work to churches, explore opportunities for long-term partnership, sponsorship, fundraising and community support, and build a strong network of people and organisations who share LCF's commitment to supporting refugees living with disabilities overseas.

This is an opportunity to gain practical experience in community partnerships, stakeholder engagement, relationship development and nonprofit fundraising.

Key Responsibilities

The volunteer may assist with:

• Identifying churches and faith-based organisations that may have an interest in LCF's mission
• Researching and developing a list of potential church partners
• Introducing LCF, its mission and humanitarian projects
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with church representatives
• Exploring opportunities for churches to support LCF through:
  • Long-term sponsorship
  • Fundraising
  • Donations
• Assisting with the preparation of partnership information and presentations
• Following up with church contacts and maintaining partnership records
• Supporting LCF's church outreach and engagement strategy
• Identifying opportunities for longer-term collaboration
• Assisting with other partnership and organisational development activities as appropriate

Who We're Looking For

We welcome applications from:

• Public Relations or related fields
• People with experience in community, church, stakeholder or partnership engagement
• Anyone with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Previous experience working with churches is helpful but not essential.
