Programme Delivery Manager (Volunteer, Part-Time)

As our Programme Delivery Manager, your role is to manage the statewide rollout of Live Music Locator across Victoria. The live music industry is going through a hard time, and we help by making every gig in Victoria widely discoverable — because if people don't know what's on, they can't go. We're already live in a growing number of regions, and you'll drive the expansion: planning the rollout, coordinating our teams, and getting each new location launched well. What You'll Be Doing

Drive the Statewide Rollout

• Own the rollout plan: sequence new regions, set realistic timelines, and keep delivery on track.
• Coordinate across our volunteer teams — gig research, tech, UX and comms — so each launch comes together smoothly.
• Track progress, surface risks and blockers early, and keep the Directors informed with clear, concise updates.

Make Delivery Repeatable

• Build and refine our launch playbook so each new region gets easier than the last.
• Identify what's working (and what isn't) and adjust our approach as we scale.
• Help match volunteer capacity to where the rollout needs it most.

Keep People Connected

• Be a central point of contact so teams and stakeholders know where things stand.
• Work with local partners to coordinate launch activities on the ground.
• Celebrate wins and keep the team motivated .

What We're Looking For

• A genuine passion for live music and a belief in its power to connect communities.
• Experience in programme  management — formal or informal. If you've coordinated complex work across multiple teams, we want to hear from you.
• Strong planning and organisation skills, with the ability to keep many moving parts in view.
• Excellent communication — you can give a clear status update and have a tricky conversation when needed.
• Comfortable with modern office tech such as spreadsheets, shared docs and task boards.
• A pragmatic, proactive approach — you'd rather ship something good now than something perfect never.
• Comfortable working autonomously and in a team.
• Familiarity with regional Victoria is a plus.
• Availability to commit between 8 and 16 hours per week.

This volunteer role is open to all, including JobSeeker recipients, and can count toward mutual obligation requirements, subject to approval by your employment services provider. JobSeeker recipients aged 60 and over can fully meet requirements by completing 30 hours per fortnight of approved voluntary work (or a mix of paid and volunteer work).
