🧶 Stitch together a new friendship—one conversation at a time!

We’re seeking a friendly social volunteer to enjoy weekly one-hour visits with a lovely lady who enjoys knitting and crocheting and would love the company of someone who enjoys a good chat.

She speaks both English and Macedonian and would welcome the opportunity to connect with someone who can share stories, conversation, and companionship. Whether you're talking about crafts, life experiences, or everyday happenings, your visit could make a real difference to her week.

If you enjoy meaningful conversation, celebrating culture, and helping someone feel connected, we’d love to hear from you—this could be the warmest and most rewarding hour of your week.

Your impact

HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.
