An older gentleman living in Rockdale would enjoy the companionship of a volunteer for regular one-on-one visits. A WWII veteran with a lifetime of fascinating experiences, he enjoys engaging conversations and sharing stories from the past.

Living with family and supported by carers, he is well cared for but can feel lonely during the day when loved ones are busy. A friendly volunteer could provide valuable social connection through relaxed conversation and companionship.

🕒 Weekly or fortnightly visits 📅 30-minute visits ⏰ Between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Sunday 🤝 One-on-one companionship

A simple visit and a listening ear could make a meaningful difference while offering the chance to connect with someone who has nearly a century of stories to share. 💙
