Volunteer Recruitment Assistant
In this role, you will assist with general admin and data entry tasks related to our volunteer recruitment and onboarding processes.
In this role you will assist the HR Coordinator with:
- Incoming volunteer enquiries
- Volunteer reference checks
- Volunteer compliance
- Volunteer appreciation events
About you:
As a Volunteer Recruitment Assistant, you are someone that has:
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to build connection and rapport with people from diverse backgrounds
- A positive can-do attitude
- Problem solving skills
- Experience in general admin and ideally inclusive recruitment processes.
This role is well suited to someone who is currently completing their bachelor degree in Human Resources or similar field.
