🚌 A simple outing can make a world of difference 🎉

As a volunteer mini-bus driver, you'll take HammondCare residents on outings in the local area, providing a welcome change of scenery and the opportunity to revisit familiar places, explore local attractions, and enjoy time out in the community. 

🚐These outings offer residents a break from their usual routine, opportunities for social interaction, and an enjoyable day out. You'll be accompanied by a HammondCare care staff member who will support residents' care needs throughout each outing. 

Your impact

Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated.
