Lead a shift that creates connection before crisis. As a Community Connection Shift Leader, you will guide and encourage a caring volunteer team to create a safe, welcoming space for women. You will coordinate each shift, support volunteers to offer activities and practical or digital assistance and help the team respond confidently when extra support is needed.
