Social Group support for seniors - West End

Volunteers help with setting up for the activities, chat to our guests to help them feel welcome and connected and also help with serving the morning tea and lunch. Activities include:

1. Gentle exercise,
2. Games and puzzles,
3. Creative activities and discussion groups.
