We are looking for a companion to brighten the days of a wonderful gentleman named Alessandro. If you love soccer, enjoy a good cup of coffee, and speak Italian, you might be the perfect match to help expand his world!
Alessandro is a family-oriented man with a deep love for soccer and a good coffee. He has lived in multiple countries throughout his life and enjoys sharing stories about his travels. He is an Italian speaker, and while he has learned several languages over the years, Italian is his heart language. He would highly appreciate an older male companion to bond with, but we are completely open to volunteers over the age of 18 who bring the right warmth and energy.
As an Aged Care Volunteer, your role is simple: just spend time together. Dedicating just one hour each week or fortnight is all it takes to build trust, create a difference, and make lasting memories.
Many of our volunteers join wanting to give back, only to discover they receive just as much joy, warmth, and friendship in return.
