AFL, Easy Chats & Card Games: Connect with Maxwell!
We are looking for a male or female companion with a laid-back personality to brighten the days of a wonderful gentleman named Maxwell. If you love sports, enjoy a puzzle, or just like a casual drive and a chat, you might be the perfect match!
Originally from Adelaide, he has called Darwin home for quite some time now, referring to himself as a true "bushy" with a very classic Australian personality. He is a proud father of five sons and has a background working in furniture removal and landscaping. He absolutely loves AFL, golf, and cricket.
As an Aged Care Volunteer, your role is simple: just enjoy each other's company. Together, you might head out for a coffee at a local cafe, catch a local footy match, go for scenic drives, play a game of cards, or work on a good puzzle together. Dedicating just one hour each week or fortnight is all it takes to build trust, create a difference, and make lasting memories.
Many of our volunteers join wanting to give back, only to discover they receive just as much joy, warmth, and friendship in return.
