VOLUNTEER EVENTS COORDINATOR

Love A Greyhound Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Volunteer Events Coordinator to help us plan and run markets, adoption days and fundraising events across South East Queensland.

✨ What you’ll do:
• Find and research event opportunities
• Plan events from start to finish
• Coordinate sites, volunteers, rosters, stock and equipment
• Provide content for our website and social media
• Lead volunteers through bump-in and bump-out
• Help reconcile takings and manage event funds
• Keep our event equipment and market stock organised

• Great communication skills
• Organised and reliable
• Comfortable working as part of a small team
• Willing to learn Google Workspace
• Happy to ask questions and get involved
• Most importantly — enthusiasm and an open mind!
