About No More Butts

No More Butts is an environmental charity, registered in Australia in 2020. We advocate globally for environmental protection from the impacts of tobacco product waste, including cigarette butts and disposable vapes.

We are registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission and hold Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR1) status.

Our vision is a “World Without Tobacco Waste”. We have a serious cause, BUTT, we do like to be a bit cheeky.

Our Values

  • Respect: We respect the natural environment and the diverse backgrounds and opinions of those involved in our charitable purpose.
  • Preserve: We preserve the natural environment through sustainable litter and waste management and clean-up activities.
  • Question: We challenge how things have traditionally been done and look for innovative approaches that deliver better outcomes for the environment and our charity.
  • Grow: We support the personal and professional growth of our team and seek opportunities for funding and partnerships that enable our charity to grow.

Volunteering with us

As a volunteer with No More Butts, you will contribute your time, skills and experience to an organisation working to address tobacco-related waste and protect the natural environment.

You will contribute at both an operational and governance level, working with a team committed to creating practical and systemic change.

Your Application

If your skills, experience and passion align with our purpose and culture, we would love to hear from you. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a video interview to discuss their experience and relevant achievements. We will review and respond to all applicants.
